Our Vision
Fox Global Management provides strategic advisory and management support to mission-driven organizations working at the intersection of international development, academia, conservation, and institutional leadership.
Founded by Kevin Fox, a former USAID Foreign Service Officer with more than 25 years of experience across 21 countries, Fox Global Management draws on deep, hands-on leadership in complex operating environments—from conflict-affected states to transboundary environmental programs. Kevin has led large, multi-country portfolios, advised governments and NGOs, and managed high-performing teams responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in donor-funded programs.
Today, Fox Global Management works with nonprofits, international consortia, and academic institutions to strengthen organizational performance, improve financial sustainability, and translate strategy into practical results. Our work includes executive and board advisory services, global program and portfolio management, indirect cost rate development and recovery, and organizational strategy in high-risk and resource-constrained environments.
