Kevin Fox
Fox Global Management is led by Kevin Fox, a former USAID Foreign Service Officer with more than 25 years of experience across 21 countries spanning Africa, Latin America, and fragile and conflict-affected states. Kevin brings a rare practitioner’s perspective to organizational leadership, institutional strategy, and large-scale program execution—shaped not in boardrooms alone, but in the field, where policy meets reality.
Over the course of his career, Kevin has designed and led multi-country development, conservation, and stabilization portfolios exceeding $500 million, overseeing complex grant and contract mechanisms, public-private partnerships, and government-to-government engagements. He has built and managed high-performing, multicultural teams operating in some of the world’s most politically sensitive and operationally challenging environments.
Kevin is also a published writer and thought contributor whose work bridges practice and scholarship. His writing explores conservation finance, governance in fragile states, natural resource management, and the political economy of development, drawing directly from decades of field leadership. His analyses and essays have informed academic research, policy debates, and practitioner communities, and are frequently used by universities, research centers, and development organizations seeking grounded, real-world perspectives rather than abstract theory.
